About the Role

Sree Dhanya Homes is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Maintenance Engineer (Civil) to manage post-handover maintenance activities for residential and commercial projects. The role involves attending customer complaints, coordinating repair and rectification works, monitoring service quality, and ensuring timely issue resolution while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should possess sound technical knowledge in civil maintenance works, solid coordination and communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth maintenance operations and service excellence.

B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
