Relationship Manager (Yamuna Nagar)

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Explain company products and services to potential clients.
- Generate recent business leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests.
- Conduct market visits and identify business opportunities.
- Maintain daily visit reports and customer records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer support and issue resolution.
- Follow up on payments, renewals, or documentation.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Promote company offers, schemes, and new products.

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
