Business Development Manager– Affiliate&Ecommerce, Yamuna Nagar

Mobikok is hiring a Business Development Manager– Affiliate&Ecommerce to expand our ecommerce CPS and performance marketing business across India and Southeast Asia. We are looking for highly motivated candidates with experience in affiliate marketing, ecommerce partnerships, publisher development, ad tech, or performance marketing. In this role, you will work closely with affiliate publishers, ecommerce platforms, agencies, and traffic partners to grow scalable CPS campaigns across multiple ecommerce verticals.Responsibilities• Develop and manage affiliate and ecommerce partnerships across India and SEA • Recruit and onboard publishers, influencers, media buyers, and traffic partners • Identify new business opportunities in CPS, CPA, and performance marketing • Build long-term relationships with ecommerce platforms, agencies, and affiliate networks• Monitor campaign performance, traffic quality, and partner growth • Work closely with internal operation and product teams to optimize campaign performance • Support expansion into TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and other ecommerce ecosystems Requirements • 2+ years of experiencein affiliate marketing, ecommerce, ad tech, media buying, or performance marketing• Strong communication and partnership development skills • Understanding of CPS / CPA business models • Familiar with ecommerce traffic sources, publishers, and affiliate ecosystems • Experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, Flipkart, or similar platforms is a plus• Existing publisher or affiliate network resources are highly preferred • Fluent in English What We Offer • Fast-growing international ecommerce and ad tech environment • Opportunity to work with global ecommerce partners and publishers • Competitive salary and performance-based incentives• Strong career growth opportunities in affiliate and ecommerce business development
