Key Deliverables Project Quality Plan Work procedures Inspection Plans Audit Plan Monthly Quality Reporting to Client Management Representative Management review meetings, Closure of NCR and implementation Corrective and prevention action, vendor evaluation report Key relationshipsInternal to organization: Employees External to organization: Customer, Vendors, Site coordination, Regulatory bodies Responsibilities Prime Responsibilities To oversee all Quality assurance and Quality control activities for the project covering Design/ Engineering , Procurement , Construction , Inspection/ Testing and Commissioning phasesResponsible for advising and guiding project line management on all Quality and verification activities and related technical matters Responsible for Establishment , implementation, operation and maintenance of Quality Management System for projects in accordance with applicable standard Responsible for Identification , allocation of quality resources and implement Quality training for all project personnel and overseeing all personnel understand and effectively deliver their responsibilities as per quality plan and proceduresManagement of Non conformity process, Implement corrective and Preventive action&monitor its effectiveness Shared cross-functionally Leading Quality Audit (Internal and external) and manage multi-discipline QA/ QC teams Conduct Project Quality System review meeting regularly with project team Key competencies– Functional Need to have Should have experience in Quality Management in EPC phases of oil and gas projectsShould have experience for working with international clients in India or abroad Should be a qualified QMS Lead Auditor Should have worked as a 'Project Quality Manager' for mega sized Oil and Gas projects Should be familiar with international codes and standards used in Oil and gas industriesNice to have Should have ASNT Level II / III certification in NDE techniques Should have certification (CSWIP / AWS / NACE / BGAS) in Welding and Painting inspection Exposure of exotic , non ferrous&non metallic materials
