Service Advisor (Kayamkulam)

1. Ensure speedy maintenance and repair of vehicles through clear identification of customer's needs and accurate demanded repair understanding by using probing sheet. 2. Ensure vehicle cleanliness through use of vehicle protection materials (seat covers, floor mats etc.). 3. Provide clear cost estimates and keep customers informed of work progress. 4. Monitor the work progress and keep customers informed of changes in cost and completion times. 5. Ensure transparent and precise service invoices that shows parts, labour and lubricant charges. 6. Promote Value Added Services to Customers. 7. Plan and act as per monthly tagets for the workshops. 8. Take all necessary actions to resolve customer complaints as per promised time. 9. Ensure all customer vehicles are clean and ready according to the promised delivery time. 10. Conduct Post-Service Follow-up after 3 days of vehicles delivery to check customers satisfaction. Salary: 15,000.00 to 25,000.00 + Incentive Locations: Chengannur, Kayamkulam, Kozhencherry Experience : 0 to 3 Years Qualification: Diploma in automobile or Mechanical Engineering. Pay: ₹15,000.00
