Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and productive Data Entry Operator with good typing speed and solid knowledge of MS Excel. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, updating data in systems, preparing reports, and handling day-to-day data management activities.

Key Responsibilities Enter and update data accurately in Excel sheets and company systems Maintain records, files, and databases in an organized manner Verify data and correct discrepancies/errors Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports Coordinate with different departments for required information Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of company data Manage documentation and data backup when required

Required Skills Valuable knowledge of MS Excel Quick and accurate typing skills Strong attention to detail Basic computer knowledge and email handling Ability to manage large volumes of data Good communication and coordination skills

Eligibility Graduate preferred 2–3 years of experience in Data Entry/Data Management role

Preferred Candidate Profile Organized and responsible Able to work under deadlines Good analytical and reporting skills

Pay: ₹12,450.94
- ₹15,988.63 per month
