Sales Manager (Kelambakkam)

Hiring: Sales Manager – Real Estate Pre-Requisites:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in plot sales and villa sales
- Strong experience in handling end-to-end real estate sales
- Fluency in English & Tamil is mandatory
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation & closing skills
- Ability to handle site visits and client presentations confidently
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Must be proactive, aggressive & result-oriented
- Good understanding of real estate market trends and customer behaviour
- Experience in lead conversion and follow-up management
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver monthly targets
- Must possess leadership qualities and team handling capabilities
- Well-groomed, professional and presentable personality
- Two-wheeler/four-wheeler with valid license preferred
