Job Description: Project Manager – Construction & Interior Fit-Outs Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Project Manager / Project Management Professional to lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale construction, interior fit-out, and corporate/commercial space projects. The ideal candidate brings over 10 years of robust experience across the hospitality, retail, corporate real estate, and residential sectors. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle—from pre-construction planning and design coordination to MEP integration, fit-out execution, and final handover. You will act as the central point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest brand and quality standards. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Project Delivery: Lead and execute multi-sector projects (corporate interiors, hospitality, retail, and residential) from inception through to successful closeout and handover. Interior Fit-Out & MEP Coordination: Oversee complex turnkey interior fit-outs, including high-end finishes, workspace layouts, FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) installations, signage, and seamless MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems integration. Planning & Scheduling: Develop, manage, and optimize master project schedules using advanced management tools (e.g., MS Project, Outbuild). Implement resource planning strategies to compress timelines and scale execution safely. Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Act as the primary liaison between business teams, property owners, design consultants, general contractors, and specialized vendors to ensure full alignment with project goals. Cost & Budget Control: Manage project financials, including CAPEX/OPEX evaluations, feasibility studies, detailed estimation, rate analysis, quantity take-offs, and rigorous change-order processing to prevent budget overruns. Quality Assurance & Compliance: Implement operational strategies, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and compliance with relevant IS codes/regulatory guidelines, to minimize defects and ensure superior construction and finishing quality. Documentation & Workflow Optimization: Establish efficient project documentation systems. Streamline RFI (Request for Information) and submittal workflows using construction management software (e.g., Procore) to minimize site delays and enhance data transparency. Safety Leadership: Enforce strict health and safety benchmarks on-site to maintain an workplace with zero safety incidents. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills & Tooling: Core Expertise: End-to-End Project Delivery, Stakeholder Coordination, Risk Management, and Risk Mitigation. Specialized Domain: Interior Fit-Outs (Corporate Spaces, Hospitality, Retail Environments), Civil and Structural finishes. Software & Systems: Proficiency in Procore (or similar project management tools) and scheduling platforms like Outbuild or MS Project. Financial & Technical Planning: Budgeting, CAPEX/OPEX Analysis, Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), and Rate Analysis. Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s Degree: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Post-Graduation: Post Graduate Diploma/Degree in Project Engineering and Management (e.g., NICMAR) is highly preferred. Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or knowledge of Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) is a strong advantage. Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in construction and interior fit-out project management. Proven track record of simultaneously handling diverse project portfolios (ranging from boutique fit-outs to multi-million dollar rollouts) or large-scale rebranding/refurbishment operations.
