LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (7th Block)

TROVE is growing — and the standard we hold for our people grows with us. We are hiring one dedicated Learning & Development Executive whose entire focus is one thing: making every TROVE team member better than they were yesterday. This is not a training coordination role. This is a role for someone who can walk into any TROVE location, identify what a team member needs to improve, build the content to address it, deliver it in a way that actually sticks — and then measure whether it worked. From the first day a new joiner walks in to the ongoing development of our most experienced staff, this person owns the full training journey across every function. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Training Needs Identification
- Work closely with the HR team and department heads to identify training gaps across all locations and functions — through observation, performance data, and direct team interaction.
- Conduct periodic Training Needs Analyses (TNA) for both current joiners and existing staff; prioritise areas that directly impact customer experience, sales performance, and brand representation.
- Build and maintain a training calendar for the entire organisation — planned, structured, and shared in advance with all stakeholders 1. Training Material Development
- Design and develop all training content from scratch — presentations, workbooks, assessments, scripts, reference guides, and digital materials — tailored specifically to TROVE's products, culture, and standards.
- Ensure all materials are current, practical, and built for the actual people being trained — not generic content that could belong to any company.
- Maintain a structured training library that is accessible to staff at all locations for reference and self-learning. Pay: ₹27,000.00
