Learning & Development Executive 7th Block

TROVE is growing — and the standard we hold for our people grows with us. We are hiring one dedicated Learning & Development Executive whose entire focus is one thing: making every TROVE team member better than they were yesterday. This is not a training coordination role.

This is a role for someone who can walk into any TROVE location, identify what a team member needs to improve, build the content to address it, deliver it in a way that actually sticks — and then measure whether it worked. From the first day a current joiner walks in to the ongoing development of our most experienced staff, this person owns the full training journey across every function.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Training Needs Identification Work closely with the HR team and department heads to identify training gaps across all locations and functions — through observation, performance data, and direct team interaction. Conduct periodic Training Needs Analyses (TNA) for both current joiners and existing staff; prioritise areas that directly impact customer experience, sales performance, and brand representation. Build and maintain a training calendar for the entire organisation — planned, structured, and shared in advance with all stakeholders Training Material Development Design and develop all training content from scratch — presentations, workbooks, assessments, scripts, reference guides, and digital materials — tailored specifically to TROVE's products, culture, and standards. Ensure all materials are current, practical, and built for the actual people being trained — not generic content that could belong to any company. Maintain a structured training library that is accessible to staff at all locations for reference and self-learning.

Pay: ₹27,000.00
- ₹50,000.00 per month
