Accountant (Kengeri)

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage the school’s financial records, fee collection, budgeting, payroll, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, experience with school or educational institution finances, and proficiency in accounting software. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping.
- Manage student fee collection, receipts, refunds, and outstanding dues.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Handle payroll processing for teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Monitor school budgets and expenses.
- Maintain bank reconciliations and cash flow records.
- Process vendor payments and maintain purchase records.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and student-related information.
- Support administration in financial planning and reporting. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com preferred).
- Knowledge of Tally, Excel, and accounting software.
- Understanding of Indian taxation and statutory compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Preferred Skills

- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
