MIS Executive - Angul

Job Purpose To manage and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports, data analysis, dashboards, and operational tracking to support business decision-making and reporting requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain and update data records accurately in Excel.
- Analyze data and generate meaningful insights for management review.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data collection and reporting.
- Create dashboards, trackers, and presentations for business performance monitoring.
- Ensure timely submission of reports with high accuracy.
- Manage sales, operations, inventory, and performance-related MIS data.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and error correction.
- Support automation and process improvement initiatives in reporting.
- Maintain confidentiality of business data and reports. Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Charts, Lookup Functions, Conditional Formatting, MIS Dashboards).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under timelines and manage multiple reports simultaneously. Educational Qualification
- MBA
- Finanace Experience
- 1 to 4 years of experience in MIS reporting, data management, or analytics. Preferred Candidate Profile
- Detail-oriented and organized professional.
- Valuable Excel Knowledge
- Good presentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to handle large data sets efficiently.
