Kindly visit our website for more information. Job Overview: Zargo is looking for enthusiastic and responsible Telecallers to coordinate with customers and rental vehicle users. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer communication, follow-ups, rental coordination, and support activities. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with customers and clients regarding vehicle rentals.
- Communicate with people who have taken vehicles on rent from the company.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Provide updates, collect required information, and resolve basic customer queries.
- Maintain customer records and call details.
- Follow up on vehicle pickup, return schedules, payments, and documentation.
- Support the operations team in daily coordination activities. Required Skills
- Good communication skills in: Telugu, Hindu, and English
- Good listening and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a team environment. Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: SSC/ Intermediate / Any Degree
