Sr. Product Manager (Khammam)

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager who is able to seamlessly strike the fine balance between optimizing a product—in order to achieve the business goals and get the best out of it—and maximizing returns on investment. The task is not only to define what to build, but also to know how it will get built using the expertise of the tech and subject‑matter expert teams, always keeping in mind customer needs and experience. Therefore it is crucial for the Product Manager to have an intricate understanding of technology and develop a deep awareness of consumer needs and behavior.

Key Responsibilities

- Create product strategy documents/ product requirement documents that describe business cases, high‑level use cases, and technical requirements.

- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams.

- Develop a deep knowledge of market and end user needs.

- Understand the latest developments in technology, user experience and mental wellness.

- Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, product positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch.

- Test the product and enable the go‑to‑market strategy.

- Refine the product continuously based on user feedback.

- Manage integration with analytics platforms, track platform performance, interpret data to develop product plans and create meaningful reports.

- Define and track success metrics of the product.

Required Skills

- Deep understanding of the tech development process.

- Ability to deep dive into novel areas of domain expertise, UX and technology.

- Analytical ability to develop and test product/feature hypotheses based on user data.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for managing internal and external stakeholders.

- Attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and flexibly.

- Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work across diverse teams.

- Creative skills for contributing recent and innovative ideas.

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Experience in creating B2C mobile applications.

Qualifications

Graduate from a reputable institution with at least 5 years of work experience. Previous experience in product management is required.

The role is full‑time.

An ideal candidate would be based out of Hyderabad. Remote work is acceptable, but the candidate should be willing to travel to our campus in Kanha Shanti Vanam, near Hyderabad, as needed.
