Madhukunj is hiring a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM).

Role Handle customer queries and maintain robust client relationships Coordinate with sales and distribution teams Follow up with customers for orders, payments, and feedback Maintain customer database and daily reports Resolve customer concerns in a professional manner Support business growth through effective communication

Requirements:

Fluency in Hindi and Bengali is mandatory Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, CRM tools) Experience in FMCG/customer handling preferred Ability to coordinate with multiple teams

Qualification:

Graduate preferred Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply
