Graphics Designer (Khandagiri)

Key Responsibilities
- Design graphics for digital platforms (social media, websites, ads, email campaigns)
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, posters, banners, and presentations
- Develop brand visuals, including logos, color schemes, and typography
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver design solutions
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all projects
- Revise designs based on feedback and meet project deadlines
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies
- Coordinate directly with clients to understand design requirements, expectations, and project goals
- Present design concepts, gather feedback, and implement revisions accordingly
- Maintain regular communication regarding project timelines, updates, and deliverables
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality creative solutions on time
- Collaborate align client requirements with creative execution
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term collaboration
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical skills
- Positive understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
- Attention to detail and strong visual storytelling ability
- Time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Basic knowledge of video editing or animation (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
