Job Title: Technical Manager (Facility Operations) Location: Noida (Sector 126) Experience: 4–7 Years Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month
Role Overview
We are seeking a technically strong and execution-focused Technical Manager to oversee facility operations, maintenance activities, and site management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day technical operations across sites (electrical, mechanical, civil)
- Supervise technicians and ensure quality service delivery
- Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Coordinate with clients for issue resolution and service improvement
- Prepare reports, audits, and maintenance schedules
- Support in project execution and new site mobilisation
RequirementsKey Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering
- 4–7 years of experience in facility management / building maintenance / infrastructure projects
- Robust technical knowledge and team handling capability
- Good communication and client-handling skills
