Responsibilities: Responsible for receiving customer schedules (Export & Domestic) via EDI, Web Edi, E-mail etc On time Deliveries
- Customer dispatch planning by close liasoning with concerned departments, mainly Procurement, PPC, Manufacturing & Dispatch Providing dispatch intimation to all customers on daily basis and ensuring ASN is sent electronically wherever applicable Tracking all deliveries / dispatch consignments and ensure timely in-warding Maintaining daily record of transit consignments, ensuring e-way bill norms are met and escalate wherever noncompliance is expected Maintain transit stocks & special freights within desired levels Prompt reaction to customer changes, fluctuations and queries Close communication with all customers, providing regular updates wherever necessary Creates, maintains cordial relations with all customers Is instrumental in ensuring meeting customer deadlines, crisis management. Ensures trouble shooting at any bottleneck during the supply chain process. Ensures all legal and statutory requirements are met and adherence to customer requirements Organizational Communications and networking Collaborates across internal and external agency boundaries to meet common objectives. Participates in cross-functional activities to achieve organizational objectives. Ensures that significant information from management is shared with employees and others as appropriate. Ensures that regular, consistent, transparent communication takes place within area of responsibility. Works with employees to set and communicate performance standards that are specific and measurable. Proactively seeks performance feedback and makes effort to develop own and others performance and learning Encourages team to share knowledge and learn from each other
