Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project workflows. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns and best practices for cloud-based middleware solutions.
- Experience with designing and implementing APIs and connectors to facilitate seamless data exchange.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and deployment models to optimize integration workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across diverse systems.
- Skilled in using monitoring and diagnostic tools to ensure system reliability and performance. Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).
