The Customer Interaction Advisor will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving. Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Provide detailed product information and support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
- Gather customer feedback and report it to management for continuous improvement. Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Robust verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
- Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
