About the Role The Executive, Stores will own the integrity of store operations, inventory control, and material availability so production and supporting functions run without avoidable disruption. The role is central to maintaining accurate records, secure storage, and timely issue of materials while ensuring controls are followed consistently. This position requires strong coordination across procurement, production, and finance to keep stock movement visible, compliant, and audit-ready. Key Responsibilities Own day-to-day store operations and inventory control, ensuring materials are received, stored, issued, and tracked accurately to support uninterrupted plant and business operations. Maintain system and physical stock alignment through disciplined record-keeping, regular reconciliation, and timely resolution of variances so reporting remains reliable. Coordinate closely with procurement, production, and finance to ensure material availability, controlled movement, and clear visibility across the supply chain. Enforce storage, handling, and documentation standards so materials remain secure, traceable, and compliant with internal controls and audit requirements. Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, and critical inventory to reduce working-capital pressure while protecting service levels and operational continuity. Support cycle counts, stock audits, and discrepancy investigations with accurate data and practical follow-through that improves control quality over time. Maintain a safe, orderly, and efficient store environment that reflects quality and safety expectations across every material touchpoint. Essential Skills & Technologies Strong inventory management knowledge with the ability to maintain accurate stock records, reconcile mismatches, and keep physical and system balances aligned. Working understanding of store operations in a manufacturing environment, including receiving, storage, issue control, material traceability, and documentation discipline. Practical experience with ERP or inventory systems that support transaction accuracy, reporting, and visibility across store movements. Positive coordination and communication skills to work effectively with procurement, production, finance, and quality teams without delays or confusion. Strong attention to detail and control mindset so errors are caught early, exceptions are escalated quickly, and records remain audit-ready. Knowledge of storage safety, housekeeping, and compliance practices that protect material condition and support a safe operating environment.
