Application Support Engineer (Churchgate)

Prosares Solutions is looking to hire candidates as Application Support Engineer (Application Support, SQL. Testing and Troubleshooting, Documentation Skills) with below job responsibilities. Required experience is 2 years to 5 years.
- Application Support (Technical) Provide L1/L2 application support and resolve user issues. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Helpdesk knowledge base & FAQs. Support and troubleshooting documentation. Assist in ticket management and helpdesk operations.
- SQL and DB related Tasks Write and manage SQL queries, SQL Server Jobs/Schedulers, stored procedures, and database objects. Perform database backup, restoration, and maintenance activities. Experience using SQL Profiler for troubleshooting and performance analysis.
- Testing and Troubleshooting Tasks Perform UAT testing, defect tracking, and validation. Coordinate with users, management, and developers for issue resolution and enhancements.
- Training and Documentation Conduct end-user training sessions and onboarding support. Create and maintain user manuals & quick guides for processes, requirements, and changes. Support projects with basic tracking and coordination. Required Skills Solid knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server. Experience with application/production support (Microsoft tech stack preferred). Good understanding of UAT and testing processes. Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, GitHub, and networking concepts. Familiarity with ticketing tools (Freshdesk), Strong documentation and user-handling skills. Pay: ₹500,000.00
