Job Opening: Formulation Development – R&D; (Wire & Cable Compounds) We are seeking a technically skilled and experienced qualified for the role of Formulation Development – R&D; in the Wire & Cable Compounds industry. Key Responsibilities Develop and optimize formulations for Wire & Cable compounds Work extensively on ZHFR/LSZH, XLPE, and EBXL compounds Conduct material evaluation, testing, and performance analysis Support product development with a techno-commercial understanding Collaborate with production and quality teams for process improvement Ensure formulations meet industry standards and customer requirements Candidate Requirements 3–5 years of relevant experience in the Wire & Cable Compounds industry Strong expertise in ZHFR / LSZH compounds XLPE compounds EBXL compounds Background in R&D; or Techno-Commercial functions preferred Qualification in Polymer Engineering or related field CIPET qualification preferred Location Mumbai Candidates from industries outside the Wire & Cable Compounds sector will not be considered.
