Back Office Location-Mumbai Central Project Documentation: Organize, scan, and maintain project files, site photos, blueprints, and structural drawings. Material Tracking: Log incoming material delivery notes (Challans), track inventory levels, and match them against purchase orders. Vendor Coordination: Maintain vendor databases, follow up on pending invoices, and route bills to the finance department. Daily Site Logs: Collect and digitalize Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) received from various construction sites. Attendance Management: Track daily attendance, labor counts, and working hours for site staff and contractors. Tender Support: Assist managers in compiling technical documents and certificates required for civil tender submissions.Required Qualifications & Skills Education: Graduate in any stream (B.Com, B.Sc, B.A) or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Construction Management. Experience: 1–3 years in the office of a civil contractor, builder, or real estate firm (Freshers with relevant diplomas may apply). Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel for managing site sheets. Familiarity with ERP software

Pay: ₹15,000.00
- ₹20,000.00 per month
