Referral Marketing (Kovilambakkam)

- Relationship Management: Identify, onboard, and maintain solid, long-term relationships with referring physicians, clinics, and local medical practitioners.
- Field Outreach: Conduct regular, strategic field visits in your designated territory to meet with referring doctors and update them on our hospital’s latest medical technologies and clinical services.
- Event Coordination: Organize and promote Continuous Medical Education (CME) programs, health camps, and doctor-meet-and-greet sessions to enhance institutional visibility.
- Patient Care Coordination: Act as a bridge between the referring doctor and our hospital’s specialists to ensure a seamless admission, treatment, and discharge process for referred patients.
- Data & Analytics: Maintain and update a comprehensive CRM database of referral partners. Track referral metrics, analyze conversion ratios, and evaluate the ROI of marketing initiatives. Pay: ₹40,000.00
