Job Role:

To ensure the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of the hospital by effectively managing housekeeping staff, overseeing operations, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and patient satisfaction. To lead and manage the housekeeping team to maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and a high standard of hygiene throughout the hospital, ensuring patient satisfaction and safety.

Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities to ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met. Train, schedule, and supervise housekeeping staff, ensuring adequate coverage and adherence to protocols. Inspect assigned areas regularly to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with hospital regulations. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering as needed to maintain stock levels. Respond promptly to requests and complaints from patients, visitors, and staff regarding housekeeping issues. Coordinate with other departments to address cleaning needs, especially in patient rooms, operating rooms, and other critical areas. Ensure compliance with infection control policies and procedures, including proper handling of biohazardous waste. Monitor and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries among housekeeping staff. Keep accurate records of cleaning activities, inspections, and staff performance evaluations. Implement and enforce hospital policies and procedures related to housekeeping operations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00
- ₹35,000.00 per month
