Role Overview We are looking for a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in enterprise SaaS applications and modern automation frameworks (Selenium or Playwright) . This role is critical in a fast-paced, multi-product environment where quality, speed, and execution discipline are closely monitored. You will play a key role in supporting a shift-left QA model , focusing on automation-first testing while also being flexible to handle manual validation when required .Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium or Playwright (must-have) Execute and validate: Functional tests Regression test suites End-to-end workflows across SaaS applications Actively contribute to a shift-left testing approach , collaborating closely with developers for early defect detectionParticipate in test planning, test case design, and test data preparation Execute manual testing for urgent, edge-case, or exploratory scenarios when needed Run, analyze, and debug automated test results , ensuring stability and reliability of test suites Support performance and integration testing efforts as requiredIntegrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure consistent execution in build cycles Identify, log, and track defects with clear reproduction steps and impact analysis Continuously improve test coverage, execution efficiency, and automation reliability Work across multiple teams and priorities , handling parallel tasks effectivelyRequired Qualifications 5+ years of QA experience with a strong focus on test automation Hands-on expertise in Selenium or Playwright (mandatory) Experience testing enterprise SaaS applications Strong knowledge of: Automation frameworks and scripting (Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar)Test design techniques and QA methodologies API testing and integration validation Experience working in Agile / shift-left environments Familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipelines Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with performance testing toolsExposure to cloud-native environments (AWS, Kubernetes, microservices) Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, TestRail) Experience working with distributed teams What We’re Looking For Strong hands-on contributor with a “get-it-done” mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environmentAbility to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities Focused on results, quality, and continuous improvement A team player who can collaborate effectively across functions
