We built OD Alternatives nearly 28 years ago with a simple but difficult belief: Leadership development should not be reduced to training calendars, competency frameworks, or scalable content delivery platforms. It should be a deeply transformative experience — both for the individual leader and for the organisation they are part of. Over the years, we have worked with organisations on leadership development, visioning, values, culture building, top team alignment, and talent pipelines — mostly through the messy but meaningful process of bringing people together in real time. Long before coaching became fashionable on LinkedIn, we started one of India’s early coaching certification programs. Later, we shifted our focus and built an OD Certification program for mid-career HR professionals and consultants. Six years ago, we launched OrgLens — a platform working at the intersection of organisational psychology, social networks, and data science to help organisations understand and act on the invisible human networks that shape performance, trust, collaboration, inclusion, and culture. This role is unlikely to suit someone looking for rigid structure, predictable boundaries, or narrowly defined responsibilities.
