Job Type: Full-time We're Hiring: Senior Graphic Designer – E-commerceFull-Time | Mid-Senior Level | D2C / E-commerce | Wellness IndustryWellness Extract is looking for a highly creative and execution-focused Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing team.This role is ideal for someone who understands that great design is not just about aesthetics — it directly impacts brand perception, communication clarity, customer engagement, and conversion across digital and e-commerce platforms.As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will work closely with the Design Lead, Growth, and Marketing teams to shape the visual identity of the brand across marketplaces, website, performance marketing creatives, packaging, social media, and customer lifecycle channels.Key Responsibilities:• Design high-converting creatives for Amazon, e-commerce marketplaces, website assets, paid ads, email campaigns, and social media• Develop packaging designs, label layouts, and production-ready artwork• Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints• Collaborate on campaign ideation and creative direction• Manage design systems, source files, and organised workflows• Leverage AI tools and emerging creative workflows to improve design scalability and output qualityWhat We're Looking For:• 3–6 years of professional graphic design experience in D2C, e-commerce, wellness, beauty, FMCG, agency, or related industries• Strong portfolio showcasing digital creatives, branding, packaging, social media, and performance-focused design work• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma• Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, colour theory, and branding systems• Experience in packaging design and production-ready artwork• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced workplace• Motion graphics and After Effects experience will be an added advantageYou'll Thrive Here If You:• Take ownership of creative quality and execution• Balance brand aesthetics with conversion-focused thinking• Enjoy working in a fast-moving, high-ownership startup environment• Bring initiative, creativity, and attention to detail into every projectPortfolio submission is mandatory.If you are passionate about creating impactful e-commerce and brand creatives, we'd love to hear from you.Apply now or connect directly to learn more about the opportunity.
