Logistics Manager (Mundka)

– Logistics Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 3PL partners and logistics operations.
- Handle vendor management and courier coordination.
- Monitor and reduce RTO & RTV.
- Ensure timely order dispatch and delivery.
- Optimize logistics cost and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with warehouse, customer support, and marketplace teams.
- Track logistics KPIs and resolve shipment escalations. Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in logistics/supply chain.
- Strong experience in 3PL, vendor management, RTO & RTV handling.
- Experience in D2C/Marketplace operations preferred.
- Positive analytical and coordination skills.
- Startup experience is a plus. Pay: ₹40,000.00
