Key Responsibilities Recruitment Talent Acquisition Source, screen, and hire candidates (beauticians, hair stylists, spa therapists, sales advisors, receptionists) Coordinate interviews and manage hiring pipelines Partner with salon/spa managers to understand staffing needs Conduct onboarding and induction programsEmployee Engagement Retention Plan engagement activities to improve employee morale Address employee grievances and maintain healthy workplace culture Monitor attrition and implement retention strategies HR Operations Maintain employee records and HR documentation Manage attendance, leave records, and shift scheduling (important in salon/spa operations)Assist in payroll coordination and incentives tracking Training Development Coordinate training sessions (technical skills, grooming, customer service) Support skill development programs for beauty professionals Track training effectiveness Compliance Policies Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policiesImplement HR policies, SOPs, and grooming standards specific to the beauty industry Maintain hygiene and workplace safety standards Required Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Understanding of high-attrition workforce management Ability to handle frontline staff (beauticians, therapists, etc.)Good organizational and multitasking abilities Knowledge of HRMS tools is a plus Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field Experience in retail, salon, spa, or hospitality industry preferred This job is provided by Shine.com
