Graphic Design Intern Location : Bastille Studios (On-site) Duration : 3–6 Months Stipend : Yes Whom We're Looking For Knows the basics of design tools (or is learning fast) Cares about why a design looks the way it does Observes good&bad design everywhere (ads, reels, posters, brands) Is curious, open to feedback, and willing to put in the effort You don't need years of experience. You do need taste, intent, and discipline. What You'll Learn&Do Design original visuals for social media, brands&campaigns Understand brand identity, mood, tone, and audience Learn typography, spacing, hierarchy, and visual storytelling Work closely with writers, strategists, and editors Improve designs through feedback (no ego, only growth) This is a learning-heavy internship—you'll be guided, corrected, and pushed.Tools (Basic Knowledge Is Enough) Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva / Figma (any one or two is fine.) Basic understanding of typography&layout Knowing when not to design is a bonus We care more about thinking + improvement than perfection.
