The Program Advisor will be responsible for guiding prospective learners through educational program options, assessing candidate eligibility, and recommending suitable courses. The individual will assist in the enrollment process, maintain strong relationships with students, and ensure a high level of engagement and satisfaction. The role involves effective communication with students, monitoring their progress, and providing ongoing support to help them successfully achieve their academic and career goals. Qualifications
- Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess candidate goals and recommend suitable educational paths
- Organizational and multitasking skills to manage student records and workflows
- Proficiency in using digital tools, such as CRM systems and online communication platforms
- Customer service and relationship-building expertise
- Experience in career counseling, education advising, or student affairs is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Human Resources, or related field
- Passion for education and commitment to social and skilled empowerment Required Skills
