- Voice Leading IT firm in Kochi, looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle inbound voice calls, resolve customer queries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer calls in a qualified manner Retail Voice Support Assist employees of clients through calls. Provide help regarding employee queries. Address customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department Maintain records of customer interactions in the system Basic Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience in BPO/Call Centre/Customer Support Educational qualification – Plus two and above Excellent Communication skill- Speaking (CEFR-B2) Able to quickly understand issues and requests employees. Immediate joiner Willing to work in rotational 9hrs shift (8hrs work1hr break, mostly night shift ) Rotational week-off Level 1 hiring Salary offered- 2,72,300 to 3,50,000 LPA Location- Kochi (Kakkanad) Cab availability from 6.30PM-6.30AM within 25KM premises of office Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4mn364
