About the Role Liquidity.io, SecureGate AI, and are seeking a highly technical, execution-oriented Director of Engineering to lead platform architecture, AI initiatives, infrastructure strategy, and engineering operations across our fintech, identity, security, and AI platforms. This role combines engineering leadership, DevOps ownership, AI-native product execution, and large-scale program management. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable driving executive-level technical strategy, managing globally distributed engineering teams, and contributing hands-on to architecture, infrastructure, and delivery execution. You will work closely with executive leadership, product, operations, compliance, and security teams to scale highly secure, reliable, AI-driven systems operating in regulated environments. Responsibilities Engineering Leadership & Strategy
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the engineering organization, fostering a culture of innovation, operational excellence, accountability, and collaboration.
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap across Liquidity.io, SecureGate AI, and platforms.
- Lead architecture, infrastructure, and platform modernization initiatives to support scalability, reliability, performance, and security.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering teams while establishing solid career development and organizational growth practices.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, AI tooling, infrastructure platforms, and engineering productivity solutions to maintain technical leadership and competitive advantage.

AI-Native Engineering & Platform Development
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering workflows using Claude, OpenAI, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and related technologies to significantly improve development velocity and product quality.
