Lead Search Engineer (Kerala)

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Apache Solr and/or OpenSearch/Elasticsearch
• Strong expertise in search relevance, schema design, indexing pipelines, query parsing, clustering, replication, and performance tuning
• Experience in backend development using .NET/C# with REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and dependency injection
• Positive Python scripting skills for data processing, orchestration, and ML integrations
• Strong AWS experience ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, IAM, CloudFormation/CDK
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, automated testing, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Pulumi)
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalable architectures, and high-availability environments
• Exposure to AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Codex
• Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and communication skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
