About Techoftheday Academy Techoftheday Academy is a learning-focused platform dedicated to closing the gap between industry needs and student skills We deliver hands-on career-oriented training in design marketing and technology We are currently seeking a passionate Brand Designing Trainer to guide students through both the creative and strategic aspects of brand identity development Position Overview As a Brand Designing Trainer you will play a vital role in nurturing creative talent by teaching both foundational and advanced branding concepts This position requires expertise in brand strategy visual identity design and proficiency with industry-standard tools in line with Techoftheday s commitment to merging technology and creativity Your role will ensure students not only learn design techniques but also understand how to think strategically about building brand identities that communicate value and purpose Key Responsibilities Deliver interactive sessions on branding fundamentals including brand strategy logo design typography color theory brand guidelines and visual storytelling Teach essential tools and software such as Adobe Illustrator Photoshop InDesign and Figma Simplify real-world branding processes and guide students through case studies and live projects Mentor students in conceptualizing and creating brand identity projects while developing portfolio-ready work Provide personalized feedback and one-on-one guidance to support students creative growth Collaborate with the academic team to design and update course material in line with industry trends Participate in student assessments design reviews and skill-enhancement workshops What We re Looking For Strong understanding of brand design principles with at least 2 years of industry or teaching experience A robust portfolio showcasing brand identity design projects Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite especially Illustrator and modern tools such as Figma or Canva Excellent communication skills with a passion for teaching and mentorship Ability to engage and inspire learners at beginner and intermediate levels Bachelor s degree or diploma in Graphic Design Branding Visual Communication or a related discipline Why Join Us Make a meaningful impact by shaping the future of upcoming brand designers Join an academic culture that values creativity mentorship and practical learning Benefit from continuous learning opportunities and industry exposure Work with a collaborative team that fosters innovation in education Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00
