Scheduling Engineer (Kerala)

Your key responsibilities
- Proactively anticipates service issues before they occur and able to make recommendations around resolution.
- Proactively monitor and manage service specific components.
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills are required to manage multiple technical challenges from multiple services and projects simultaneously
- Evaluate recommendations provided for service improvements, with the ability to identify any gaps or alternate solutions.
- Proactively anticipate service issues before they occur and drive suggested changes to execution. Skills and attributes for success
- Expert knowledge in Incident management, Service requests, Change requests and ServiceNow.
- Valuable support knowledge and experience in providing 24/7 support.
- Experience with source control involving Agile tools such as Azure DevOps.
- Experience and demonstrable knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and/orKanban methodologies.
- At least 7+ years of total IT experience with 4+ years of experience in relevant technologies
- Ability to understand and analyze business requirements by working with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work on both Agile and Waterfall projects.
- Good knowledge on PowerShell scripting and automation experience using scripts.
