Performance Marketing Manager (Chalakudy)

About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in D2C and Lead Generation campaigns. You will manage paid campaigns across digital platforms and work closely with creative and content teams to drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Manage D2C (e-commerce) and Lead Generation campaigns with clear performance goals.
- Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, CPL, and conversions.
- Work with designers and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Monitor daily performance and prepare basic performance reports.
- Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and ad copies.
- Set up and manage retargeting campaigns and funnels.
- Ensure proper tracking setup (Meta Pixel, GA4, Google Ads).

Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with D2C and Lead Generation campaigns.
- Agency experience preferred.
- Solid understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns.
- Willingness to work from office in Chalakudy, Kerala.

Nice to Have
- Experience working with multiple client accounts.
- Knowledge of funnels, retargeting, and creative testing.
- Basic understanding of landing pages and CRO.
