Senior Associate (Kerala)

We’re Hiring | Sr. Associate/Associate/ – External Audit (US GAAP) We are looking for experienced Audit professionals to join a leading global professional services environment in a managerial capacity. Location: Bangalore/ Kochi/ Kolkata Experience: 1.5 Years Post Qualification Qualification: CA / US CPA Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage end-to-end external audit engagements for global clients in compliance with applicable auditing and assurance standards
• Drive planning, execution, and completion stages of audits while coordinating with senior stakeholders to achieve engagement milestones
• Review audit procedures, monitor progress, manage budgets, resource allocation, billing, and timelines
• Build strong client relationships and deliver a high-quality client experience throughout engagements
• Research and stay updated on accounting standards, industry trends, and technical developments relevant to client sectors
• Mentor and coach team members, support career development, and foster a collaborative team culture
• Ensure quality audit documentation and adherence to audit methodology and risk management standards
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, operational efficiencies, and innovation in service delivery
• Participate in strategic initiatives, people development programs, and organizational culture-building activities Requirements: ✔ Qualified CA / US CPA with solid academic background ✔ 1.5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably with Big 4 or leading audit firms ✔ Prior experience managing end-to-end audits and leading engagement teams ✔ Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and external audit processes ✔ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and project management skills ✔ Experience in client-facing roles and team leadership is essential If you’re interested or know someone who may be a good fit, feel free to connect or send your profile via DM.
