- 6 Years Roles & Responsibility :
• Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
• Responsible for content ideation and development
- copywriting in both English and Arabic that is optimized for each marketing channel.
• Responsible for building the needed ecosystem relationships to help ACABES strategy.
• Creation & execution of Email-based marketing campaigns for different user journeys.
• Create content specific for each persona group to be used in campaigns that are based on targeting.
• Act as the bridge between our brand and the community with the aim to create a loyal audience who will recommend our brand to others.
• Use sentiment analysis tools and produce reports
• Social community management, this includes replying to comments, direct messages and emails.
• Always find new ways to reply to customers and potential customers to always be remembered.
• Providing engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts
• Responding to comments on customer queries in a timely manner
• Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
• Organize and participate in events to build community and boost product awareness.
• Build social media relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals
• Execute marketing strategy for the online community and all community programs
• Accountable for marketing messaging, voice, and tone of the Community
• Support community activations around product launches.
• Source user stories from the community to be featured in marketing materials Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Marketing, business and management or any related field.
