The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing high -impact interior concepts that align with client goals and brand identity. This role requires hands -on project involvement from concept through completion, including space planning, FF&E; selection, and coordination with vendors and consultants. <\/div> <\/p> Key Responsibilities:<\/b> <\/p>
- Design and develop interiors for hospitality projects including hotels, resorts, restaurants, and lounges. <\/p> <\/li>
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and internal teams to define design vision and deliverables. <\/p> <\/li>
- Create mood boards, material palettes, concept sketches, and design presentations. <\/p> <\/li>
- Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and FF&E; schedules. <\/p> <\/li>
- Source and select finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories aligned with brand standards and design intent. <\/p> <\/li>
- Oversee design documentation in compliance with building codes, ADA, and other applicable regulations. <\/p> <\/li>
- Manage project timelines and budgets while maintaining design integrity. <\/p> <\/li>
- Coordinate with procurement and construction teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery. <\/p> <\/li>
- Conduct site visits and resolve design -related issues during construction. <\/p> <\/li> <\/ul> <\/div> <\/span>

Requirements<\/h3> Qualifications:<\/b> <\/p>
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. <\/p> <\/li>
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior design with a strong emphasis on hospitality projects. <\/p> <\/li>
- Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office. <\/p> <\/li>
- Strong portfolio showcasing completed hospitality design projects. <\/p> <\/li>
- Deep understanding of spatial planning, material selection, lighting, and current hospitality trends. <\/p> <\/li>
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills. <\/p> <\/li>
- Knowledge of sustainability principles and wellness -focused design is a plus. <\/p> <\/li> <\/ul> Preferred Skills:<\/b> <\/p>
- NCIDQ certification or working toward licensure. <\/p> <\/li>
