F&B Service Associate (Kohima)

Job Summary: Responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a high standard of hospitality and satisfaction in line with company standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and assist them in selecting menu items.
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Handle guest queries and complaints professionally.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times. Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in F&B; or hospitality preferred.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
