Hospitality Trainer (Dimapur)

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver hospitality and customer service training sessions to students.
- Train students on grooming, communication skills, etiquette, and professional behavior.
- Conduct practical and classroom-based sessions related to hotel operations and hospitality management.
- Prepare training materials, lesson plans, and assessments.
- Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback.
- Conduct mock interviews and personality development sessions.
- Ensure discipline and professional standards within the classroom.
- Coordinate with management regarding student progress and training schedules.
