Hospitality Trainer Dimapur

Key Responsibilities Deliver hospitality and customer service training sessions to students. Train students on grooming, communication skills, etiquette, and skilled behavior. Conduct practical and classroom-based sessions related to hotel operations and hospitality management. Prepare training materials, lesson plans, and assessments. Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback. Conduct mock interviews and personality development sessions. Ensure discipline and skilled standards within the classroom. Coordinate with management regarding student progress and training schedules. Required Skills Excellent communication and presentation skills. Good knowledge of hospitality industry standards and operations. Solid interpersonal and mentoring abilities. Skilled grooming and personality. Ability to handle classroom training effectively.
