Founder’s Office Assistant

You’ll work directly with the founder of India’s largest and fastest-growing D2C growth agency in packaged F&B; — helping scale some of the most exciting consumer brands in the country. We work across performance marketing, CRO, and retention — and sit at the core of how modern F&B; brands grow. This is not an “assistant” role. What you’ll do:
- Manage and grow the founder’s personal brand (primarily Instagram)
- Handle conversations with leads — calls, follow-ups, and relationship building
- Manage outreach and keep the pipeline active
- Support the team with execution tasks (lead gen, research, data entry, coordination)
- Act as a bridge between the founder, team, and external stakeholders
- Own follow-ups and ensure nothing slips
