We also provide free masterclasses and webinars for parents and professionalsRole DescriptionAs our Clinic Assistant, you will play a critical role in connecting with parents, understanding their needs, and guiding them into the right therapy programs. Your impact = more families supported, more lives changed.Responsibilities:Respond to inquiries from parents via WhatsApp, Instagram, and website leadsConduct discovery calls to explain our programs and value with the support of therapistsMaintain follow-ups and assist with onboarding new clientsManage outreach to pediatricians, inclusive schools, and therapists for partnershipsTrack leads and conversions using CRM toolsSupport the launch of webinars, info sessions, and masterclassesQualifications1–3 years experience in sales, parent counselling, or health/ed-techPresentation Skills and ability to create and deliver PresentationsLead Generation and Market Research skillsEffective Communication skillsStrong interpersonal and networking skillsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fieldExperience in teletherapy or the healthcare sector is a plusYou may also:Send your resume, a brief cover letter, and any relevant portfolio samples to / with the subject line: Application – Business Development Associate.????
