Identity & Access Management Architect (Kolhapur)

IDAM Architects – AI & Developer Tooling Senior / Principal Remote – India Contract until the end of 2026 Robust likelihood of extension We are hiring experienced IDAM Architects to help secure the adoption of AI, LLMs, and developer copilots across enterprise Identity & Access Management environments. These roles will focus on defining architecture, governance, engineering standards, and reusable integration patterns for AI-enabled IAM capabilities and AI tooling used by engineering and IAM teams. You will play a key role in ensuring AI solutions are secure-by-design, resilient, auditable, scalable, and aligned to enterprise security and risk standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Define architecture standards and integration patterns for AI within IAM environments
• Support AI-enabled IAM capabilities, including access request copilots, policy reasoning, and automated fulfilment workflows
• Own engineering standards for AI developer tooling and copilots used by IAM teams
• Support secure implementation of tools such as Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Mistral Code, and similar AI assistants
• Ensure governance, auditability, resilience, and compliance across AI-enabled IAM solutions
• Develop reusable and scalable integration patterns across enterprise environments
• Continuously improve standards and architecture patterns as platforms and risks evolve
• Work closely with security, IAM, engineering, and enterprise architecture stakeholders Required Experience:
• Strong Identity & Access Management architecture background
• Enterprise security and integration architecture experience
• Experience working with AI/LLM tooling or AI-enabled engineering environments
• Strong understanding of governance, security controls, and enterprise risk
