The Chance We are looking for an exceptional Patient Support and Recruitment Manager to build, manage and scale our patient support and recruitment operations in India. This is a hands on leadership role with full responsibility for team performance, delivery and operational execution. You will manage teams responsible for patient engagement and recruitment, while also contributing directly to delivery. You will be accountable for building a high performing team, setting standards and driving outcomes in a fast paced, high accountability environment. This role requires someone who leads from the front and sets the pace for the team.
