Production Supervisor, line supervisor (Kolhapur)

1. Supervise daily machining production activities and achieve production targets. 2. Monitor CNC, VMC, VTL, HMC and conventional machine operations for smooth functioning. 3. Allocate manpower and manage shift-wise production activities. 4. Ensure product quality as per drawings and customer requirements. Reduce rejection, rework, and machine downtime. 5. Coordinate with maintenance for machine breakdown and preventive maintenance. 6. Ensure proper usage of tools, gauges, and raw materials. 7. Maintain safety standards, PPE compliance, and 5S activities on the shop floor. 8. Prepare daily production reports and maintain production records. 9. Coordinate with Quality, PPC, Stores, and HR departments for smooth operations. 10. Train operators on process, quality, and safety requirements. 11.
